How I reach a conclusion
- One decision at a time: define the event and affected assets.
- Shared assumptions: horizon, rates, tax, currency and market scenario match across routes.
- Count owner proceeds after tax, vacancy, management, capital spending and exit costs.
- Assign an evidence level to every material number.
- State two or three conditions that would invalidate the conclusion.
- Set a review date and revisit the conclusion.
Evidence ladder

| Partial | Only some claims are confirmed or sources conflict. |

AI and people
Sdelio is my product. Tools collect data and draft calculations; a person checks sources and owns the conclusion. Client personal data is never sent to third-party AI services.
Documents are requested after an agreement and NDA and transferred securely. Public examples are composites or used with written consent.
